We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Civil Project Manager to oversee site execution and manage all aspects of civil construction work specifically Ground Floor GF and First Floor FF projects The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential and or commercial civil works and must be capable of handling the site independently Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution of civil work as per drawings and specifications Manage labor materials and resources efficiently to ensure smooth site operations Coordinate with contractors vendors architects and clients Understand and execute structural RCC masonry plastering tiling and finishing works Monitor project timelines quality standards and safety compliance on-site Maintain accurate records of work progress site reports measurements and material usage Conduct regular site inspections and resolve in office technical issues Ensure cost control and minimal wastage of resources Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for project tracking Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering 2-3 years of hands-on experience in site execution and project management GF FF level work Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and materials Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and site documentation Willingness to travel to site locations as required Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
