We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring candidates for roles across multiple field locations This role involves a high degree of travel community engagement and hands-on recruitment at job fairs hiring events and on-site at various company locations Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards social media networking events and community outreach Attend and organize job fairs career days and on-site hiring events to generate talent pipelines Conduct initial phone screens coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiations Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system ATS Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding of recent hires Monitor hiring metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activity Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in high-volume or field-based roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various locations Proficient in using ATS platforms and MS Office tools High school diploma or equivalent required bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in industries such as logistics retail hospitality or manufacturing Bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with labor market trends and community engagement strategies Contact us (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
