Key Responsibilities 1 Clinical Supervision Supervise day-to-day nursing operations across all departments Ensure quality patient care is delivered in a timely and safe manner Monitor compliance with clinical standards infection control and patient safety protocols Support doctors and consultants during procedures and treatments 2 Staff Management Lead mentor and train nursing staff for continuous skill enhancement Prepare staff duty rosters leave schedules and manage attendance Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback Address staff grievances and ensure a positive work setting 3 Operational Coordination Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and coordination Maintain adequate stock of medical supplies consumables and equipment in coordination with procurement Ensure all nursing documentation and patient records are properly maintained 4 Training and Development Organize in-house training programs and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date Promote continuous professional development among the nursing team 5 Reporting and Compliance Prepare reports on staff performance patient care issues and improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and healthcare laws Handle audits and inspections related to nursing services Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Required Work Location In person
