Position Senior Surveyor Company Meher Foundations Civil Engineers Private Limited Location Grant Road Mumbai As per Project Requirement Experience Required 8-10 Years Qualification ITI Survey Diploma in Civil Engineering Software Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Latest Version Industry Residential Commercial Building Construction Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys using total stations GPS and conventional survey instruments Prepare and verify survey reports levels and site measurements with high accuracy Generate as-built drawings contour maps and layout plans using AutoCAD latest version Responsible for setting out centerlines gridlines foundation levels and other key construction references Coordinate with Architects Engineers Project Managers and Contractors to ensure survey data accuracy Carry out quantity measurements cross-check BOQ quantities and prepare documentation for billing support Maintain records of benchmarks control points and site deviations with clear documentation Ensure all survey works comply with project specifications safety standards and contractual requirements Handle daily weekly progress reports related to survey activities for internal and client submission Key Skills Required Expertise in Surveying Instruments Total Station Auto Level GPS Solid command of AutoCAD Latest Version Knowledge of survey techniques for both residential and commercial building projects Ability to interpret drawings specifications and technical documents Strong understanding of construction processes site management and coordination Excellent accuracy attention to detail and record-keeping Preferred Candidate Profile 8-10 years of hands-on site experience in surveying for Residential and Commercial Building Projects Strong working knowledge of Mumbai construction practices Ability to work independently and manage junior site surveyors if required Salary Salary will be offered as per industry standards and shall be commensurate with the candidate s experience qualification and current CTC For candidates with 8-10 years of relevant experience the approximate salary range will be between 4 20 LPA to 5 40 LPA subject to evaluation during the interview process Reporting To Project Manager Senior Management Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025 Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
