hi looking for a senior accountant for Gurgaon for a manufacturing company Only looking for males 1 Financial Accounting Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Review and analyze accounting entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Ind AS IFRS 2 Compliance Audits Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including GST TDS PF ESI Income Tax and other applicable laws Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit processes and ensure timely completion Maintain proper documentation and records for audit readiness 3 Budgeting Forecasting MIS Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts monitor actuals vs budget and highlight variances Prepare monthly MIS reports for management including cost analysis expense tracking and financial KPIs Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements 4 Process Controls Establish and maintain robust internal controls accounting policies and SOPs Identify process gaps and implement improvements in accounting and reporting systems Ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance in financial processes 5 Team Collaboration Supervise and guide junior accountants and finance executives Liaise with banks consultants vendors and cross-functional teams HR operations legal for financial matters Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Accounts 10 years Required Work Location In person
