Within the Schneider Digital International Ops - Business Analytics Automation Team we are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with expertise in UIPath The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in automation development with additional skills in Python and BluePrism being a plus Previous experience in intelligent automation and incorporating AI into automation solutions will be highly valued The candidate must have a passion for generating business insights solid business process mapping and documentation skills and a background in IT consulting Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain RPA solutions using UIPath Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into effective RPA workflows Incorporate AI and intelligent automation techniques into RPA solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Utilize Python and BluePrism to complement and extend RPA capabilities Perform business process mapping and create detailed documentation for RPA projects Optimize and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure accuracy reliability and performance Provide training and support to end-users on RPA best practices Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and intelligent automation technologies Work independently with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 5-8 years of experience in automation development with a strong focus on UIPath Experience with Python and BluePrism is a plus Previous experience in intelligent automation and incorporating AI into automation solutions Strong skills in business process mapping and documentation Passion for generating business insights Good experience in IT consulting is an advantage Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Self-driven with a passion for learning and upskilling Good business acumen and executive presence to work with leaders and key stakeholders Primary Location IN-Karnataka-Bangalore Schedule Full-timeUnposting Date Ongoing
