Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and agile Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our engineering and industrial rubber products across key sectors such as Power Steel Cement Mining and allied industries The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industrial applications strong technical acumen and proven expertise in B2B industrial marketing product positioning and client relationship management Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Planning Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies tailored to the industrial sector Identify new market opportunities emerging trends and untapped customer segments Prepare annual marketing plans budgets and forecasts aligned with sales goals Product Marketing Promote rubber components such as lagging sheets for conveyor pulleys rubber products related to conveyor system etc Work closely with R D and production to understand technical specifications and translate them into value propositions Market Research Analysis Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to support pricing positioning and go-to-market strategies Analyze customer needs and translate insights into product and marketing strategy Sales Enablement Lead Generation Support the sales team with marketing collateral technical datasheets case studies and proposals Organize technical seminars customer meets and exhibitions to generate leads and build brand visibility Brand Communication Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across channels Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries Resolve technical and commercial queries in collaboration with internal teams Education Minimum Bachelor s degree Experience 8 years of experience in industrial B2B marketing preferably in engineering products rubber components or industrial consumables Skills Competencies Strong understanding of industrial processes and applications of rubber engineering products Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies Proficient in MS Office and e-procurement platforms Preferred Industries for Prior Experience Engineering products manufacturing Rubber and polymer industries Industrial consumables suppliers Capital goods and heavy machinery firms Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
