Job Summary We are seeking a driven and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive Manager to join our team in the solder manufacturing industry The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B industrial sales and experience dealing with electronics manufacturers PCB assemblers or industrial clients requiring soldering materials Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities with manufacturers wholesalers and distributors in the electronics automotive and electrical sectors Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business Promote company products such as solder wire solder bars fluxes pastes and related soldering consumables Conduct product presentations technical demonstrations and on-site visits to customer locations Collaborate with production and R D teams to customize products as per customer requirements Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules with clients Track sales targets and prepare weekly monthly reports Attend trade shows exhibitions and industry events to network and showcase products Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Science Engineering Commerce or a related field Proven sales experience in B2B or industrial manufacturing sector preferably solder or electronic components Solid technical understanding of soldering products and industrial applications Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and trade events Self-motivated target-driven and result-oriented Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of IPC standards ROHS compliance and quality certifications in the soldering industry Experience working with electronic manufacturing services EMS companies Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you living in Gurugram Work Location In person
