Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock medical care and attend to emergency cases Monitor and document patient progress medical history and vital signs Assist in diagnostic procedures and implement treatment plans advised by consultants Liaise with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate immediate care Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation for admissions discharges and referrals Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital protocols and infection control practices Communicate with patient families regarding condition updates treatment plans and prognosis when required Skills Requirements MBBS degree from a recognized university Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council 0-5 years of experience as RMO or in a similar role Ability to remain calm in emergency situations Positive clinical judgment interpersonal and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 75 000 00 per month
