Project Role Application Lead Project Role Description Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Must have skills SAP Basis Administration Good to have skills NA Minimum 3 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Production SAP environment SAP Basis R 3 Netweaver BW Solution Manager SAP HANA Technologies Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Operating System knowledge of system commands and structures Preferred Skills Understanding and experience in back-up recovery Experience supporting interfaces Performance Tuning Experience Understanding of BW R 3 and CRM integration Process improvement including documenting and implementation of processes The SAP Basis Technical Analyst is responsible for performing day-to-day technical tasks for a project including all project activities Duties may span all Practice Areas involved i e Design Build Run Operations Architecture System Administration Database ERP and other technical frameworks etc The Basis Technical Analyst will serve as the individual providing expertise in a specific area and troubleshooting and issue resolution for moderately complex environments The Basis Technical Analyst will be a moderately experienced member of the basis technology team who will be responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the SAP solution across all production stacks along with daily system monitoring and issue resolution This individual will have the opportunities to do some project work o Provides technical input for all maintenance requests that are entered into project-identified change management o Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP environments o Provide DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape o Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape o Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary o Participate in application updates and upgrade projects o Perform system refreshes o Conduct performance tuning o Participate in on-call support rotation o Handle technology issues and escalate as necessary to expert level help o Execute projects when requested o Implement process improvement measures within the environment HANA Administration SAP HANA administration regular monitoring and tuning High availability and disaster recovery Backup and recovery plans Leveraging HANA cockpit and security measures Memory management Attributes Valuable communication skills and ready 24 x 7 rotational shifts 15 years full time education
