Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1 Operate paneer and ghee production lines ensuring efficient processing and quality control 2 Monitor productivity levels identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed 3 Maintain accurate records of production data including quantity produced quality standards and equipment maintenance schedules 4 Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Desired Candidate Profile 1 3-5 years of experience in technical operations preferably in the dairy industry 2 ITI certification in any specialization knowledge of updated dairy trends will be an added advantage 3 Strong understanding of paneer and ghee manufacturing processes ability to troubleshoot minor problems independently Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
