Role Overview We are hiring a Collection Executive who will be responsible for recovering pending dues from clients students while maintaining positive customer relationships The role also involves promoting renewal services or upselling where possible during recovery calls Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone WhatsApp or email to follow up on pending payments Maintain daily follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of dues Share payment links invoices and reminders professionally Negotiate payment plans and resolve queries related to fees or services Maintain proper records of communication and recovery status in the CRM system Identify opportunities for service renewal or upselling during interaction Escalate problematic cases to the senior team or legal when necessary Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 12th pass Graduate preferred 0-1 years of experience in collections tele-recovery or sales preferably in EdTech banking or service sectors Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets Knowledge of Excel and CRM tools is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Compensation Package Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Language English Required Location Noida Sector 16 Noida Uttar Pradesh Required
