We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Special Educator to join our online school team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering customized learning programs for students with diverse learning needs including learning disabilities autism spectrum disorders ADHD and other special education requirements in a virtual setting Key Responsibilities Assess individual student learning needs and develop Individualized Education Plans IEPs Deliver tailored online instruction using appropriate strategies tools and technologies Collaborate with general educators to support inclusive virtual classrooms Track and report student progress regularly to parents and school management Modify curriculum materials to accommodate students with varying abilities Conduct one-on-one or small group online sessions to reinforce learning Provide behavioral support and classroom management in virtual settings Maintain proper documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements Communicate effectively with parents therapists counselors and other stakeholders Stay updated with best practices in online special education and digital tools Key Skills Competencies Deep understanding of child development and special education needs Proficiency in online teaching tools like Zoom Google Classroom Microsoft Teams etc Strong communication patience and empathy Knowledge of assistive technologies and digital learning tools Ability to create an engaging and inclusive virtual learning setting Strong organizational and documentation skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education B Ed M Ed in Special Education RCI certification preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Special Educator experience in online mode is a plus Familiarity with IEP development and execution Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
