Job Purpose
Lead a zonal team for the Business Loan vertical to achieve targets in business volume, yield, and cross-sell while ensuring operational excellence through controlled TAT and FTR.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Exceed business volume targets across yield and cross-sell; Devise strategies to achieve monthly numbers and review branch performance. Track DSA vertical business and coordinate with channel partners for increased numbers.
Team Management & Development
Hire, mentor, and groom ASM/SM/HBL teams for higher roles; Conduct performance reviews and ensure high motivation levels. Train internal and external channels to enhance productivity and lead generation.
Operational Excellence
Coordinate with Credit, Collections, and Operations for smooth business flow. Monitor yield and cost of acquisition, focusing on low-cost channels. Communicate management initiatives effectively to all sourcing points.
Customer Satisfaction
Reduce TAT and resolve customer complaints with priority. Conduct customer surveys and ensure correct communication by the team.
Distribution Planning & Optimization
Analyze distribution potential and develop low-cost channels.
Plan promotional activities to increase lead generation and revenue.
Education:
Graduate, Postgraduate preferred.
