- A Senior Zscaler Subject Matter Expert (SME) works closely with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams to ensure seamless deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
- This role is crucial for maintaining secure and reliable access for enterprise environments.
- The SME will operate within a NOC structure, providing expert-level support for both proactive and reactive incident handling.

What you will do:

- Operate and manage Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA) in a fast-paced NOC workplace.
- Opportunity to work alongside Global Security and network/cloud Architects to align Zscaler deployments with security standards and business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud security and access management solutions.
- Lead configuration tuning, troubleshooting complex issues, and root cause analysis across Zscaler services.
- Participate in global service improvement initiatives and automation efforts for security operations.
- Continuous learning environment through exposure to latest cloud security trends and technologies.
