Key Responsibilities Training & Development: Conduct training on product use, application, and benefits.
Sales Leadership: Develop sales strategies, set targets, and support staff to boost revenue.
Product Demonstrations: Perform live demos to showcase product effectiveness.
Training Materials: Create and update training guides and manuals.
Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on product trends and educate the team.
Evaluation & Feedback: Assess staff training needs and provide feedback.
Support: Offer ongoing assistance to ensure staff proficiency.
Reporting: Keep records of training sessions and staff progress.
