Job Summary The Zonal Manager - Animal Health will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operational activities within a designated zone. This role is of Second line manager requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in animal health care sales, who can drive business growth, manage teams (Regional managers and Veterinary sales executives) effectively, and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct sales forecasting and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians and pet care professionals.
- Oversee channel management and ensure effective distribution of products within the zone.
- Drive business and operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Qualifications And Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-18 years of experience in animal health care sales,



with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of canine care, pet care, and companion animal health.
- Demonstrated managerial skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on sales forecasting and market analysis.
