Drive business performance, lead teams, and execute strategic initiatives across the assigned zone to achieve sales, growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Strategy: Plan & execute zonal business strategy with transparent KPIs

Team Leadership: Lead, coach & manage Area Coaches

Sales Growth: Drive revenue, monitor performance & optimize targets

Market Insights: Analyze trends, competition & opportunities

Financials: Manage budgets, costs & profitability

Stakeholder Management: Build strong customer & partner relationships

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure policy adherence & performance tracking

Operations: Resolve challenges & improve efficiency continuously Success Metrics

Sales & revenue growth | Market share | Customer satisfaction | Cost control | Team performance | Compliance | Business development Eligibility

Education: Any Graduation, MBA will be preferred

Experience: 5–7 years (4+ yrs in retail chains)

Skills: Leadership, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management

Other: Willingness to travel | Languages: English, Hindi + local
