Zoho People (HRMS Implementation Specialist)

- Have a solid functional understanding of Zoho People (HRMS) including modules like Employee Lifecycle, Leave Management, Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, and Recruitment.

- Be proficient in end-to-end HRMS implementation, including requirement gathering, system configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Manage customization and administration of Zoho People as per client HR processes and policies.

- Have a complete understanding of the implementation lifecycle — from requirement analysis, system setup, testing, go-live, to post-implementation support.

- Prepare and maintain technical & functional documentation including workflows, SOPs, and user guides.

- Handle integration of Zoho People with third-party applications such as payroll systems, biometric devices, and other HR tools.

- Conduct user training sessions, provide support, and create guidelines to help clients effectively use the HRMS platform.

- Work closely with clients to understand HR requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure smooth system performance.

- Stay updated with latest features and enhancements in Zoho People to suggest improvements.





- Be open to onsite visits / client meetings whenever required.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Zoho People (HRMS) implementation and configuration

- Good understanding of HR processes like attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, and performance management

- Ability to gather and analyze client requirements and convert them into system workflows

- Experience in customization (forms, workflows, approvals, reports, automation) within Zoho People

- Basic knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho ecosystem will be an added advantage

- Experience in third-party integrations (biometric devices, payroll tools, APIs, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication skills for client interaction and training

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Willingness to travel for onsite implementation/support if required

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field

- MBA in HR / PGDM (HR) will be a plus

- 1–3 years of experience in HRMS / Zoho implementation / HR operations

- Certification in Zoho (preferred but not mandatory)

- Basic understanding of HR compliance & policies
