This is a remote position. Work-from-Home India DripWorks Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer. We are currently expanding our support operations for our Zoho One Apps, and we are seeking technology enthusiasts to join our support team. Our team is comprised of people from various professional backgrounds, with our most successful team members having prior experience using, configuring, and troubleshooting modern business software.

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud software architecture, strong technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills.

Duties

Team member for development on company projects around Zoho Inventory, integration with Veeqo, BigCommerce, MaxMind, ShipperHQ and CRM implementations and improvements Manage Dripworks staff expectations and goal setting throughout engagement Deliver tested and optimized code/automation workflows Escalate software bugs to Dripworks team admins Confidently share ideas and build solutions for process improvement while understanding that change takes time Ability to explain what an API is and talk about the different ways that applications "speak" to each other Provide technical leadership to guide and build a team of software engineers / contractors Develop and implement software architecture to align with product and business goals Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to promote learning and improvement Project Management Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities Coding and Development Participate in hands-on coding and development activities to ensure team success.



Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards Technical Strategy Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps to support the long-term goals of the organization Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to make informed technical decisions Quality Assurance Implement best practices for testing, quality assurance and code documentation.

Requirements Requirements BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Self-starter with strong communication skills Fluent in English language Ability to learn complex topics with minimal direction.

Experience implementing/administrating customizing Zoho One Suite of Apps. Knowledgeable of Restful API’s, Zoho Flow and other tools needed to integrate Zoho apps with 3rd party cloud-based applications.

Knowledgeable of other business applications: like Zoho Inventory, Books, CRM, Project Management, Desk, SalesIQ, Analytics, etc.

Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, PowerApps, Zapier) Background and understanding of the Veeqo.com Developer API a plus.
