We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with 7-12 years of experience to join our high-performing technology team in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Noida. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor, designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions that streamline enterprise workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business analysts, and global delivery teams to translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures. Your work will directly influence the digital transformation journey of our clients, ensuring that service management processes are optimized to drive measurable business outcomes and superior user experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions to automate service delivery and improve incident resolution timelines for global clients.
- Lead the design and configuration of modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management to ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs to create a unified ecosystem and improve data visibility.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of performance, security, and maintainability across all platform deployments.
- Partner with business process owners to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative platform enhancements that reduce manual effort and operational costs.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development, specifically within the ITSM suite, including advanced scripting using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications while maintaining clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize platform configurations for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a hybrid work model across diverse, geographically distributed teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact digital solutions in a rapid-paced environment.
