: ZBrush Artist

Position: ZBrush Artist

Location: [Bhiwandi]

Responsibilities

1. Digital Sculpting:

- Create high-quality digital sculpts and 3D models using ZBrush, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interpret concepts, sketches, and reference materials to produce original and visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other team members to refine and iterate on sculpting projects.

1. Texturing and Painting:

- Texture and paint 3D models using ZBrush's painting tools, including polypainting and texturing techniques.
- Apply materials, shaders, and textures to enhance the realism and visual appeal of the models.
- Ensure consistency in style and quality across all textures and materials used in the project.

1. Optimization and Pipeline Integration:

- Optimize 3D models for performance and efficiency, considering factors such as polygon count and texture resolution.
- Work closely with other departments, such as game development or animation, to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the production pipeline.
- Maintain organized file structures and adhere to naming conventions to facilitate asset management and version control.

1. Continuous Learning and Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends and recent techniques in digital sculpting and 3D modeling.
- Experiment with new tools and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.




- Share knowledge and best practices with other team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ZBrush artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital sculpts and 3D models.
- Proficiency in ZBrush software, including advanced sculpting, texturing, and painting techniques.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, form, and proportion, with the ability to create realistic and stylized characters and creatures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow artistic direction and feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Art, or related field preferred.
- Experience with other 3D software such as Maya, Blender, or Substance Painter is a plus.

Compensation:
- Starting Salary: ₹25,000/- per month.
- Salary will be reviewed periodically based on the candidate’s performance, skills, and contribution to the organization.
- Candidates with exceptional skills and relevant experience may be considered for a higher compensation package based on the interview and technical assessment.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday Timings – 10a.m to 6p.m
