Dhan’s social media presence has been instrumental in our growth and success, and we are excited to scale it further across all platforms.

Exceptional content writing skills and a passion for the transformative impact of social media on a company are essential. We seek a team member who shares this vision and enthusiasm. We're looking for a YouTube Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of eight channels spanning trading, investing, commodities, product education, and regional audiences.

You'll own channel strategy, creative quality, team leadership, and measurable audience growth, all at once.

Responsibilities

Define positioning, audience, content pillars, and growth goals for each of the eight channels; build annual/quarterly plans and weekly programming calendars

Own the full content journey, idea to publish to post-release analysis, including sourcing ideas from market events, product launches, and audience comments

Brief hosts, writers, editors, and designers; review scripts for accuracy and clarity; step directly into scripting, packaging, or production when needed

Own titles, thumbnails, and hooks for priority videos; run structured CTR, retention, and format experiments

Track views, watch time, CTR, retention,



and subscriber growth; turn performance data into specific creative and strategic decisions

Lead a multidisciplinary team of hosts, writers, editors, and designers; build repeatable workflows from ideation through publishing

Build interview, podcast, and expert-led series with traders, investors, and analysts

Partner with Product, Growth, Social, Brand, Design, and Compliance to align content with business priorities Expected Skills:

3–6 years in YouTube, digital video, financial media, or content strategy

Proven experience growing a finance/trading/investing/fintech YouTube channel (Strongly preferred)

Strong grasp of financial markets: equities, F&O;, commodities, technical/fundamental analysis, investing

Excellent command of YouTube analytics, SEO, discovery, retention, and packaging best practices

Comfort with data-driven decisions without losing creative judgement

Hands-on editing/production familiarity is a plus

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
