Role Overview We're looking for a highly creative, strategic, and data-driven YouTube & Content Growth Manager to own our YouTube ecosystem from end to end.

This role goes far beyond editing. You'll transform long-form conversations into compelling content, optimize every video for maximum reach, create engaging static content, and use insights, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows to continuously grow our digital presence.

You'll be responsible for everything from storytelling and audience retention to content packaging, publishing, performance optimization, and cross-platform content creation.

Content Creation & Editing

· Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, and interviews with exceptional pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.

· Create high-performing YouTube Shorts and other short-form content from long-form videos.

· Design visually compelling static carousel posts and educational graphics for social media platforms.

· Create engaging motion graphics, static graphics, charts, callouts, infographics, on-screen text, and visual elements that simplify complex concepts and enhance viewer engagement.

· Enhance content with captions, sound design, B-roll, and visual storytelling.

· Maintain a consistent brand identity, visual style, and tone across all video and static content.

YouTube Channel Management

· Own the complete publishing workflow from final edit to upload.

· Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.

· Optimize every upload with chapters, playlists, end screens, cards, and channel best practices.

· Monitor channel health and ensure a seamless viewer experience.





Content Packaging & Discoverability

· Create compelling titles, thumbnails, and descriptions that drive clicks.

· Optimize content for search, recommendations, and homepage discovery.

· Stay ahead of platform trends and evolving best practices to maximize reach.

Performance & Growth

· Monitor key performance metrics including click-through rate, audience retention, watch time, subscriber growth, and viewer behaviour.

· Identify patterns, opportunities, and content gaps to improve future performance.

· Regularly test new hooks, formats, publishing strategies, thumbnails, and content packaging.

· Turn performance insights into actionable improvements.

AI & Workflow Optimization

· Leverage AI-powered workflows to improve research, editing, ideation, content optimization, and production efficiency.

· Continuously explore emerging technologies that enhance creativity, quality, and speed.

Cross-Platform Content Strategy

· Identify high-performing content across podcasts, Instagram, and other platforms, and adapt it for YouTube and social media.

· Repurpose content into platform-specific formats, including videos, Shorts, Reels, and static carousels.

· Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to build an integrated content ecosystem.

· Proven experience editing and growing YouTube channels.

· Demonstrated experience editing long-form podcasts, interviews, and educational content into highly engaging YouTube videos.

· Experience creating static carousel posts, educational graphics, and social media creatives.

· Solid understanding of audience retention, storytelling, pacing, and content packaging.

· Ability to create compelling YouTube Shorts and short-form content from long-form conversations.

· Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies, analytics, and performance optimization.

· Experience designing high-performing thumbnails and creating engaging static and motion graphics.

· Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into creative decisions that improve performance.

· Experience working with AI-enhanced creative workflows.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to Have

· Experience working with health, wellness, educational, or thought leadership content.

· Strong motion graphics and animation skills.

· Experience scaling YouTube channels through experimentation and continuous optimization.
