At Unacademy , we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented YouTube Associate to help manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channels for NEET and IIT JEE . If you're enthusiastic about digital content, YouTube growth strategies, analytics, and content operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage daily videos, Shorts, and live sessions across YouTube channels.
- Coordinate with educators, video editors, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor channel performance using YouTube Studio and generate actionable insights through analytics.
- Manage content calendars, community posts, and channel operations.
- Support SEO initiatives and ensure seamless execution of live classes and events.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital content operations, or a similar role.




- Strong understanding of YouTube Studio , analytics, and content optimization.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the EdTech or online learning ecosystem is preferred.
- Candidates with an educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technology disciplines will be given preference.
