Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Workshop Floor Supervisor role based in Anand.
The Workshop Floor
Supervisor oversees daily operations on the workshop floor, ensuring production schedules are met and work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include coordinating tasks for workshop staff, monitoring workflow, and maintaining quality standards for all work performed. The supervisor will handle customer interactions related to workshop services, resolve issues promptly, and support a positive customer experience.
The role also involves training and coaching team members, enforcing safety and operational procedures, and reporting progress and challenges to management.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Experience in Training and Coaching to guide, develop, and upskill workshop staff.
Sales and Customer Service abilities to support service offerings and promote positive customer relationships.
Proven experience in supervising workshop or floor operations, preferably in a manufacturing or service workplace.
Knowledge of basic safety standards and operational procedures in a workshop setting.
Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality control under time constraints.
Comfort working on-site in a hands-on supervisory role in Anand.
Relevant diploma or degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related field is an advantage.
