Job Opening: Workshop Manager -

Location: Karond, Bhopal - In office

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager to run our EV Motors service workshop. You will manage 3-4 technicians, handle service & repairs, and be the main point of contact for customers and Euler Motors.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead, assign jobs and supervise a small team of 3-4 technicians
- Service & Diagnosis: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in Euler 3W EVs - motor, controller, battery, BMS, wiring harness, brakes, suspension
- Customer Handling: Attend customer complaints, give estimates, and ensure timely delivery
- Email & Reporting: Daily reporting to Euler Motors, warranty claims, service data entry in Excel / DMS
- Spare Parts: Manage stock of mechanical and Electrik parts, raise indent, control inventory and costs
- Workshop Discipline: Maintain tools, safety, 5S, and service SOPs





Requirements:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in 2W / 3W / commercial vehicle workshop. EV experience preferred. Ex-Mahindra, Piaggio, Atul, Tata Motors candidates will be a good fit
- Skills: Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems, can read wiring diagrams, comfortable with multimeter and basic diagnostics
- Computer: Must know email correspondence, WhatsApp communication, MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Soft Skills: Can handle team, honest, punctual, can talk to customers in Hindi

Salary & Benefits: As per the industry norms and depending on experience + incentives Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
