Role Summary The Senior Associate Workforce Solutions (HR Implementation) supports the delivery of HR transformation and HR technology implementation projects for PwC clients, including HRIS implementations, process design, configuration support, data validation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Role & responsibilities

- 4-8 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HRIS implementation, workforce consulting, shared services, outsourcing, or related project delivery.
- Hands-on experience supporting HR process design, HRIS implementations, system configuration, testing, data migration, or HR transformation projects.
- Experience working across HR implementation phases, including requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration support, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
- Solid understanding of Core HR processes and employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, exits, employee data management, and organizational changes.
- Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP,



ServiceNow HRSD, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with HR data migration, data mapping, data validation, employee master data, reporting, workflow approvals, and system testing processes.
- Understanding of HR service delivery models, shared services, case management, HR operations, and process documentation is preferred.
- Hands-on HR implementation experience with enterprise HRIS or HR service delivery platforms.
- End-to-end HR implementation exposure, including discovery, requirements, process design, configuration support, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Experience supporting Core HR, HR operations, employee lifecycle, HR shared services, case management, or HR service delivery transformation.
- Ability to facilitate client-facing meetings, ask relevant questions, document decisions, and manage follow-ups with limited supervision.
- Familiarity with workflow design, approval routing, role-based access, HR data governance, reporting requirements, and integration touchpoints.
