- Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can blend technical recruitment with workforce planning and analytics. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering and product leadership to identify hiring needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and simultaneously contribute to workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and performance optimization for technology teams.
- Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

- Hands-on experience in technical recruitment: resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments

- Proficiency in managing technical assessments, code tests, and interview coordination

- Solid ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management

- Skilled in analyzing workforce performance metrics such as utilization, adherence, and productivity

- Experience in data analysis, root cause evaluation, and trend-based performance reporting





- Ability to maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and respond to internal/external queries

- Proficient in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly workforce metrics and updates

- Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)

- Familiarity with WFM tools and process automation in a technology team setup

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving tech stacks

- Exposure to vendor management or coordination with third-party recruitment agencies

- Experience in applying analytical models for forecasting improvements

- Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

- 4–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and workforce planning/analytics

- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
