Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Payroll module(s).

Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and ⁄or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements.

Assist clients in testing Workday configuration, provide knowledge transfer to clients and develop documentation as applicable.

Troubleshoot processes, data, calculated fields, reports, business logic, and configuration.

Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs.

Collaborate effectively on team-based projects.

3+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.

Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security as well as developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working setting.

Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc.
