Role Overview:

As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will serve as the primary architect for data visualization and analytical insights within the Workday ecosystem. You will work closely with HR business partners, functional leads, and technical stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-impact reports, dashboards, and advanced analytical models. Your work will directly influence how leadership interprets workforce trends, ensuring that data integrity and accessibility remain at the forefront of the organization's strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop complex Workday custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for global HR stakeholders.
- Implement Workday Prism Analytics to integrate external data sources, enabling comprehensive cross-functional reporting and trend analysis.




- Build and maintain Workday Studio integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between Workday HCM and downstream enterprise systems.
- Optimize existing report performance and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accuracy across all HR modules.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications that align with business objectives.
- Maintain documentation for reporting standards, data governance, and security protocols to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced Workday reports, including matrix, composite, and nBox reports within the Workday HCM suite.
- Proficient in leveraging Workday Prism Analytics to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence and executive-level visualizations.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Workday Studio integrations to support complex data exchange requirements.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining high standards of project delivery and cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
