Workday Integration Specialist The Workday Integration Specialist will be responsible for maintaining 40+ existing integrations across several Workday functional modules and building new integrations as needed. This role will require advanced knowledge of Workday Reporting and experience working with Prism data sets within Workday. You will be partnering with stakeholders from various departments on projects that will improve efficiency for our team and the company as a whole.
The ideal candidate for this role is organized, collaborative, and analytical. They must be flexible to change priorities, as the needs of the department and company change. Theyll work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to configure, test, and launch integration updates.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement external and internal (boomerang) Workday integrations to improve workflows across the organization, utilizing tools like RaaS reports, SOAP or REST APIs, and Workday Studio. Manage testing and troubleshooting through the setup, and ensure stability post-go-live.
- Stay informed on new Workday features and releases. Review and test integration setup and health at the bi-annual Workday system updates, as well as end of year prep and check of integration expirations.
- Monitor performance of integrations and proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and enhancement while also ensuring compliance and security of data in the integrations.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with the internal functional team members and any necessary vendor integration teams for updates to the integrations.
- Run regular EIB’s specifically for our payroll, finance, and benefits teams, and identify efficiencies that can be gained here.
- Work with the various functional teams to develop and maintain customized dashboards that support teams across the organization.
- Build upon and develop new Prism reports for legacy data to enhance the quality of those built out during implementation; thoroughly test improvements to ensure quality data before launching into production tenant.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years experience with implementing and supporting Workday Integrations using Core Connectors, RaaS reports, and REST or SOAP API; includes testing, troubleshooting, and post go-live stabilization. Experience with Workday Studio a plus.
- Specific experience with integrations for Payroll, Benefits, and Core HCM workstreams in Workday a plus.
- Prior experience with updating and building Prism reporting and creating dynamic dashboards is highly desirable.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build cooperative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Workday certification in Integrations, Studio and/or PRISM is a plus
