We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional HCM Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, and production support while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5-12 years of IT experience with robust Workday HCM expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Workday implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes and Security Framework.
- Experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in creating advanced reports and calculated fields.
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
