Role Overview The Workday Agentic AI Architect is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven architectures within the Workday ecosystem, including data flows, integrations, and scalable solution patterns. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, creating architectural blueprints, leading technical design reviews, and guiding development teams on best practices.



The Architect will oversee integration strategies, ensure performance, security, and compliance, and support project delivery from concept through deployment. The role also involves ongoing optimization of existing solutions, documentation of technical standards, and mentoring team members on agentic AI and Workday-related technologies.
