We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing scalable microservices, designing event-driven architectures, and building enterprise-grade applications for the Banking and Financial Services domain.
Exposure to AI/ML initiatives will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python (Golang experience is a plus).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Kafka-based event-driven applications.
- Develop containerized applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Write automated test cases using Cucumber and ensure high code quality.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and ensure platform reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML initiatives, including Natural Language Processing (NLP),
Agentic AI, and machine learning solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
- Follow software engineering best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong domain knowledge and practical experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions.
- Experience building microservices and distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience working with Apache Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms.
- Strong SQL/database development and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Artifactory for CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
