- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA Server 2012) Expert on different Wintel Technologies and OS related applications, resolves at least 80% of calls routed to him/her , without having to dispatch to service partners. In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting on Wintel Platform and knowledge of server maintenance/configurations (Windows Server OS, VMware, Citrix, Novell). Windows Support – L2 – Add / Remove Domain / Domain Controllers, Trusts Administration, Sites And Subnets Administration Site Links Administration, Global Catalog Servers, Movement Of Users Between OUs, Organization… Define Administrator / Supervisor Password restrictions. Managing Disk space, Processor Utilization, Network Utilization related to server. Analysis of log files. Root Cause Analysis Problem Management Backup Configuration Restoration Drill Patch Implementation and testing OS hardening Implementing Changes Good exposure on Exchange 2007 Define Password length and Password Age Server Reinstallation and Configuration.
