We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer to support and manage enterprise end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows endpoint administration, endpoint security, VMware infrastructure, ServiceNow, and remote access technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Windows and ELUX end-user devices to ensure secure internet access and compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage elevated privileges and administrator access controls across endpoint environments.
- Implement and support remote desktop access and remote assistance solutions.
- Assess business requirements, design solutions, implement configurations, and hand over completed solutions to operations teams.
- Maintain and update inventory and asset management systems, workflows, and records.
- Support endpoint observability, monitoring, and reporting requirements.
- Develop, customize, and support ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows and integrations.
- Monitor and manage VMware virtual infrastructure, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vROps environments.
- Perform capacity planning and infrastructure performance analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security,



and operations teams to ensure service availability and compliance.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Windows Endpoint Administration and End User Computing (EUC).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), and endpoint security management.
- Experience managing privileged access and administrator rights.
- Knowledge of remote desktop technologies and endpoint support tools.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Intermediate to advanced experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vROps.
- Valuable understanding of SAN and NAS storage technologies.
- Experience with asset management and inventory management systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in infrastructure capacity management.
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in VMware, Microsoft, or ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
