Compensation Structure for the remote role:

- 10 demos scheduled in a month – ₹2,750 (including ₹250 bonus)
- 20 demos scheduled in a month – ₹5,500 (including ₹500 bonus)
- No fixed remuneration

In-office role stipend Rs. 5,000/- per month

Travel Allowance: Upto Rs. 1,500/- per month.

Working Hours

4 hours per day. Monday to Friday.

What you will do The primary objective of this role is to reach out to e-commerce companies and web designing agencies in India via cold calling to inform them about Axentra OS and secure a demo.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong passion for digital marketing, social media marketing, web development, SEO and eagerness to learn within a startup environment.
- Proactive mindset, ability to take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team collaboration skills coupled with independence and self-motivation.
