- Hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, specifically the IFS suite (FSM & PSO), including administration, business rules configuration, and customer adaptations.
- Solid development expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), XML, XSL, Web Services, and IIS.
- Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Oracle databases.
- Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.NET code reviews.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL.
- Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in agile, matrixed, and international environments




- Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery on the WFM platform — from requirement gathering through to testing, release, and go-live support.
- Act as Technical Lead for business requirement implementation, including preparation of solution descriptions, estimation, and gap analysis.
- Serve as the key interface between customers, pre-sales leads, release managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers.
- Facilitate security standards and drive risk management procedures within the program.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation for implementers, customers, operations, and support teams.
- Provide on-site customer support during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment.
- Contribute to capacity planning, performance enhancement, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
