? About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer passionate about designing and building low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. You'll develop cloud-native applications, optimize system performance, and work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java (Spring Boot)

✅ Build event-driven, real-time data processing systems

✅ Develop cloud-native applications on AWS

✅ Work with Kafka, Kinesis, CDC, ETL, and distributed architectures

✅ Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

✅ Build high-performance data pipelines and APIs

✅ Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment

✅ Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices

? Required Skills

✔ Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot)





✔ Python or Node.js experience (preferred)

✔ AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SNS, SQS)

✔ Kafka / Kinesis or similar messaging platforms

✔ PostgreSQL & DynamoDB

✔ Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

✔ CloudWatch, Grafana, or Signoz

✔ Event-driven & distributed systems architecture

✔ Multi-threading & asynchronous programming

✔ CDC & Real-time ETL pipelines

✔ Authentication platforms like Auth0

✔ Solid knowledge of security, GDPR, caching, and load balancing
