Job Title : Analyst / Senior Analyst (Full-time) - WorkForce Management

Location : Pune

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience

- Analyst: 2–4 years | CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
- Senior Analyst: 4–6 years | CTC: ₹7 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for performance tracking and business insights.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to support Workforce Management (WFM) and business planning.
- Develop and apply accurate forecasting models based on historical and real-time data.
- Work extensively with Advanced Excel for reporting, automation, and analysis.
- Utilize formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for real-time decision support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data accuracy and timely insights.

Candidate Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, nested formulas, dashboards, macros).
- Valuable understanding of forecasting techniques, trend analysis, and WFM metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be currently residing in Pune or nearby areas.
- Should be comfortable working in US Shifts.
