What You'll Own As the Product Manager, you'll own product management from strategy through execution.

Your responsibilities will include

- Defining product priorities aligned with business goals.
- Prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact and engineering effort.
- Driving execution with the engineering team and ensuring timely delivery.
- Acting as the central coordination point between Product, Technology,



Design and Business teams.
- Conducting deep user, market and competitor research before proposing new features.
- Challenging every feature by asking : Why should we build this? Why shouldn't we build this? Is this the simplest possible solution?
- Writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications and user stories.
- Continuously improving product quality, usability and customer experience.

Who We're Looking For This role is specifically for someone with a genuine interest in investing and stock markets.

You should have

- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer digital products.
- Prior experience in FinTech, WealthTech or InvestTech.
- Strong understanding of equity investing and retail investor behaviour.
- Hands-on experience using platforms such as Screener, Tickertape, Trendlyne, TradingView or similar investment products.
- Strong understanding of product analytics with the ability to define, measure and improve key product metrics such as retention, engagement, activation, conversion and user behaviour.
- Ability to build lean products , iterate rapidly and make decisions using customer feedback and data instead of assumptions.
- Excellent product thinking with a strong bias towards execution.
- Exceptional communication,



stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a quick-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Technical Product Management experience or a strong technical background will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work remotely with a high level of ownership and intensity.

Since we're at a critical launch stage, we're looking for someone who can contribute from Day One with minimal onboarding.

Compensation

Min ₹1.50 Lakhs per month – Maximum ₹1.75 Lakhs per month

Compensation will depend on experience, product thinking and execution capability.
