Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading agrochemical vendors and suppliers.
- Source quality products at competitive prices while ensuring timely procurement.
- Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Finalize selling prices in coordination with management and business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable backup vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing movements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance,



and Operations teams for effective purchase planning.
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance with procurement policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agrochemical Trading (Purchase).
- Strong vendor network within the agrochemical industry.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Sound knowledge of procurement processes and inventory planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Odoo will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
