Role Description The Wedding Planner will manage the full lifecycle of weddings, including initial client consultations, concept development, and detailed event planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, timeline creation, and overseeing logistics for ceremonies and related events. The role requires close collaboration with hotels, resorts, and service providers to ensure smooth hospitality, entertainment, and guest experiences.

The Wedding

Planner will handle on-site supervision during events, address client requests,



and resolve issues quickly and professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning skills.

Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills and the ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client communication and relationship management.

Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Ability to work on-site during extended hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by events.

Experience in wedding or event management, hospitality, or related fields is highly beneficial.

Proficiency with basic office and project management tools; familiarity with event management software is an advantage.

A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
