Wedding Planner - Full Time Position

We are currently looking for a mid-level wedding planner who understands both the emotional and operational side of weddings — someone who can manage details, build strong client relationships, and ensure flawless execution.

Role Overview In this role, you will work closely with the team to manage client relationships, plan wedding details, and support the end-to-end execution of events — from the first conversation with a couple to the final on-ground coordination during the celebration.

You will play an important role in ensuring that every wedding is executed with the level of care, precision, and attention to detail that defines Inaya Experiences.

What You’ll Do

•Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wedding clients

•Assist in planning timelines, budgets, and execution schedules

•Coordinate with venues, vendors,



and internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery

•Maintain clear and warm client communication throughout the planning journey

•Support on-ground execution during wedding events

•Manage and maintain planning documents, trackers, and reports

•Create and organise presentation decks, mood boards, and planning documents for clients

•Use planning tools and software to ensure organisation and accuracy in all processes

What We’re Looking For

•2–3 years of experience in wedding planning, events, or hospitality

•Strong client servicing and communication skills

•Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

•Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

•Ability to stay calm under pressure and solution-driven during events

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

•Comfortable using Canva and basic design/presentation tools for client decks and mood boards

•Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
