Role Description The Web Content Specialist and SEO Expert is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing digital content across Syntax Technologies’ web properties. This role includes developing and maintaining website pages, writing and editing web content, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with brand and training offerings.

The specialist will perform keyword research, on-page and technical SEO optimizations, and monitor search performance to increase organic visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content updates in the content management system, analyzing web traffic and user behavior, collaborating with marketing and training teams on campaigns, and implementing SEO best practices. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and accessibility standards to continuously improve site performance and user experience.

Qualifications

- Solid web content skills, including Web Content Writing and Content Strategy,



with the ability to align digital copy to brand and business goals.
- Create content reels and do SEO.
- Generate LinkedIn content for Social media
- Experience with Content Management tools and workflows for updating, organizing, and maintaining website content.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics, including using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track performance and inform decisions.
- Do on-page SEO
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, design, and training teams.
- Hands-on experience with SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, and site structure improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
