Position: Collateral Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Collateral Manager to oversee collateral management processes, policy formulation, audit compliance, and process governance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in drafting and reviewing policies, managing collateral operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, draft, review, and update collateral-related policies, SOPs, and process documents.
- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to collateral management policies across the organization.
- Monitor and manage end-to-end collateral processes, including documentation, custody, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend process improvements in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Identify process gaps and implement controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Risk, Legal, and Business teams.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and management dashboards related to collateral management and audit compliance.
- Ensure proper record maintenance and regulatory compliance for all collateral-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in policy drafting, policy review, and process governance.
- Hands-on exposure to collateral management processes in Banking, NBFC, HFC, or Financial Services industry.
- Experience in handling internal/external audits and compliance requirements.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience: 4-06 Years Industry Preference: Banking / NBFC / HFC / Financial Services
