​Job Summary

​We are seeking disciplined, physically fit, and highly trained Executive Protection Officers and Bouncers to join our elite security team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level physical security, close protection, and threat management for VIP clients, high-net-worth individuals, executives, and high-profile events. The ideal candidate blends exceptional physical readiness with professional communication, conflict-de-escalation skills, and sharp situational awareness. ​

Key Responsibilities

Close Protection & VIP Escort: Provide energetic, low-profile or high-visibility personal protection to assigned principals during travel, public appearances, and private events. ​Access Control & Venue Security: Monitor entry and exit points, manage crowd control, and maintain order at venues, high-profile functions, and private sites. ​Threat Assessment & Planning: Assist in preliminary route checks, venue sweeps, emergency exit mapping, and risk mitigation prior to client movement. ​Conflict De-escalation: Identify potential security threats or aggressive behavior early and resolve conflicts swiftly using verbal de-escalation or minimal necessary physical intervention. ​Emergency Response: Respond instantly and decisively to emergency situations, medical crises, or security breaches following established protocols and safety regulations. ​Client Discretion:



Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities, schedules, personal habits, and operational details at all times. ​

Requirements & Qualifications

​Physical Standards: Outstanding physical fitness, strength, and stamina. (Minimum height/weight requirements may apply depending on event/client profile). ​Experience: Prior experience in personal protection, event bouncer roles, executive defense, military, paramilitary, or private security operations preferred. ​Certifications: Training certifications in Close Protection, Krav Maga/Martial Arts, First Aid/CPR, or Fire Safety are a strong advantage. ​Communication & Appearance: Professional grooming standards, commanding yet polite presence, and clear communication skills. ​Background Check: Clear criminal record with verifiable personal and professional references. ​Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice travel if required. ​
