Support Quarterly review of financial statement by performing variance analysis.

Assistance in Statutory Audit, Internal audit, corporate audit, SOX compliance are carried out smoothly.

Proof reading of Annual report & AGM preparation

Assistance in XBRL filing.

Must have worked with Indian companies
