We are looking for an experienced Applications Delivery Head to lead end‑to‑end delivery for a key Retail customer. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail application delivery, proven experience in managing retail clients, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage application delivery for a major retail customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Provide solutions for existing and new projects, including RFP responses
- Drive KPI-based and Agile-based execution of IT services projects
- Oversee financial management, project governance, and people management
- Ensure strong execution across all application delivery initiatives
